Express delivery (1-2 days excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays) £4.95. Place your order before 2 pm Mon-Fri and it will be sent out the same day (except Bank Holidays).

Returns to store – UK & Ireland Only
Products can be returned to any New Look store in the UK or Ireland(excluding clearance stores) for an exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase.
UK & International returns by post
You can return any product by post to our fulfilment centre within 7 days of receipt for a refund only. Please ensure that the despatch note is returned with the product as proof of purchase
